GWNP Narrative Training

Theoretical and practical grounding to interview women for our archival project across themes of religion, identity, war and peace, health, gendered violence, and life's work. Gather women's narratives to witness women's stories and help build systems of support. This training is required for GWNP editing teams and community and volunteer interviewers. It is relevant for interested educators, nonprofit partners, and professionals interviewing women with complex vulnerabilities and settings of violence. Training programs are on Teachable Platform with live and recorded sessions and pre-readings. For trauma-sensitive modules, GWNP advised by trauma professionals at Resonate Joy (Chicago, IL)

Duty of Care Training

Psychosocial trauma-sensitivity training workshop with leaders and staff working with women who may have experienced violence. Learning and techniques for self-care, wellness, and resiliency for staff of prevention and response programming. This training builds organizational knowledge and capacity for effective survivor-centered narrative therapy and other tools and techniques.
